Founded in the area where the Celts stablished their settlements in the 5th century B.C., from the vines of the area of Meaño- Ribadumia (Salnes Valley), one of the oldest “of the Celtic Forts", the grapes which produce the highest level in all their vintages are cultivated. In fact, one of the vintages of The recommendation of Eva has just received the prize to the Best White Wine.
Harvesting is carried out at the end of September in order to harvest the grape at just the right point of maturity, traditional vinification, ageing in stainless steel tanks.

The plantation from which The Suggestion of Manola arises is a family and traditional one. It’s a suggestion of wine that appears in the wine list of the most prestigious restaurants in the world. The vinification in stainless steel tanks together with the oak barrels, the “bio” cultivated plots, and the generous contribution of great vintages in all the crops, have allowed to produce exceptional wines. Straw-yellow and greenish gold coat.
Fruity and tasty nose, ripe fruit aromas. Explosive, fresh on the nose, with floral aromas and light citric hints. Fresh and sweet in the mouth, notes of green fruits, soft tannins, beautiful integration of wood, long and fruity finish. In the mouth it is a very tasty wine, well-balanced, silky and with a light hint of acidity which makes it be splendid.

Founded for several generations in the area of Rivadavia, this totally family production appears among the oldest and most serious productions in the D.O.Ribeiro. The Proposal of María has known how to take advantage of the exceptional weather conditions of this vintage to stimulate the emergence of well-balanced and perfectly ripe grapes with an exceptional concentration, giving priority to weak yields. El consejo de Paca Crianza 2011 of Rioja, is the ultimate expression of the Tempranillo 80% and Garnacha 20% grapes. Cherry red coat, deep, clean and bright. The nose is intense and complex. Aromas of red, ripe fruits with vanilla in the beginning, species and menthol.
The mouth is structured, long, fresh and elegant, excellent aromatic complexity over notes of blackberry and licorice, strawberry candy stick, intense and long finish still dominated by the fruit.
Serve at 17ªC. Decant in a jug half an hour before serving.
It matches perfectly chickpea stew, meat stew, game, lamb and fish in all its varieties.
The evolution of this wine is going to be positive for several years, but we have to take into account that with the passing of time the wine will go on evolving, so it will progressively lose fruit and will gain complexity, as long as its bouquet is increasing. Thus, depending on our taste, we can already taste it or wait for the bouquet to increase.
The hectares of vineyards which produce El consejo de Paca in AUSEJO- LA RIOJA are nowadays one of the most valued D.O. Calificada in the wine growing of Spain. Its vintages of red wines are real benchmarks worldwide.

Deep cherry red coat. Aromas of ripe fruit, species and mushrooms. Rich sensations in the nose: maturing wooden aromas but very well matched: memories of coconut and vanilla over a fine fruity substrate. Fresh and elegant in the mouth, excellent aromatic complexity over notes of ripe fruit, intense and long finish. Pleasant in the mouth, warm and full bodied, tannic but not rude, with tannins in the condensation stage, juicy, clean in retro nasal and very persistent.
Serve between 16 and 18°C. Decant in a jug half an hour before serving.
It matches perfectly beef steak in pastry, game, rack of lamb and cheese.

If properly kept, this wine will reach its best moment from the second year onwards in bottle and till the fourth year. Ideal to go with starters, cod, salmon, roe and fish.
Bearer of the Mediterranean culture, nowadays The choice of Carmen is one of the best valued wines in the Omblancas Valley, at 650 metres high and under the semblance of the Jumilla Castle, which gives our D.O. its name. Its vintages are real references worldwide.
The two varieties which make up The choice of Carmen are separately harvested and elaborated during the month of October, making pumping over for twenty days. Coupage in January, resting in tanks for a year, until being put into new barrels of fine American oak, where it remains about twelve months until being bottled.
You mustn´t lose this wine, keep it your first choice... it is its destiny..

Clean and bright, ruby red colour, little colour development, with a high coat. High aromatic intensity in the nose and high complexity, overlooking the bouquet and the roasted, without taking hold of the black fruit completely. The mouth is wide, silky, round, very long and persistent, with very well polished tannin.
The roasted and black fruit appear again in the retro nasal, leaving a pleasant light hint of roasted chestnuts
We recommend the consumption of Doña Susa Rioja Limited Edition at 18ºC with strong and fatty dishes, such as cured cheese, red meat and game.
Regarding its life span, we can predict a very positive evolution in time, taking always into account that the wine is ready for its immediate consumption and that it is not necessary to wait for a special occasion to open a great wine.
